Auditing occupational health and safety

The most important figures in organising occupational health and safety are the General Director of the company and the managers who manage risks.

The lack of an occupational health and safety management system can involve multiple risks to the employer and company officials, the most significant of which are the following:

  • The suspension of a company’s activities for 90 days
  • Disqualification of the executive
  • The imposing of penalties on the company of up to 110,000 - 130,000 roubles for each employee
  • The removal of all employees, who have not undergone briefing, from their work
