Consultations regarding employment legislation

In 2017, BLS lawyers gave 4,230 written consultations, which allowed our clients to take correct managerial decisions there and then.

BLS judicial consultants provide between 15 and 30 written consultations each day and conduct up to 30 tribunals regarding employment disputes each year as well as carry out many State Labour Inspectorate and Social Security Fund inspections with their clients.

This experience of implementing employment legislation is not available to any another domestic judicial department.

BLS examines relations between employer and employee through the prism of documentation.  At the very beginning, when the employer is just building relations with employees, they do not devote enough attention to drafting documentation.  BLS helps correctly fix in writing all agreements reached with the employee, which also allows both sides to part on good terms within the limits of their budgets.

BLS clients receive answers to any of their queries online for a fixed monthly cost.  Within the framework of our online subscription service, BLS offers three types of consultation:

TYPE A: Informational.  BLS will provide expert interpretation of the law.

TYPE B: Expert.  The goal of the client is to avoid encountering future problems.  The task of BLS – to create documentation (orders, policies, internal normative regulations), which, given the differing legal norms and our experience in applying them, remove the risk to the employer (e.g. losing a case, receiving a fine, State Labour Inspectorate inspections).

TYPE C: Solving complex issues, which must be resolved immediately, on the basis of existing documentation, often connected with dismissing employees.  A BLS consultation combines analysing managerial tasks, finding solutions based on legislation, analysing the possible risks of making a given decision and step-by-step instructions of any action.  The goal is to avoid risk to the employer (reputational, judicial, inspectoral risks or material losses).

The support of BLS judicial employment legislation consultants will help you avoid all risk on each stage of interaction with employees – in hiring, during an employee’s work, and in firing.

Judicial subscription in employment legislation – the most demanded BLS service.

In 2017, 100% of clients renewed their subscription service agreement!
